We will admit, this isn’t always rewarding, but if you love nothing more than having a good chat, this could be the job for you. Life Coaching

What’s a life coach? Basically, you’ll work with people to get their lives back on track. Now, this might be to do with an issue in their relationship. Or, it could be something to do with their self-confidence or even their career. To get the pointed in the right direction, you’ll have to meet with them on a regular basis, discussing their personal issues. You might think that you don’t have the skills you need to be a life coach, and this could be true. Once you are fully trained as a life coach, you can work with individuals or set up group sessions, helping multiple people at the same time.


As a PR worker, you’ll be connecting the media to different companies. You might also be involved in setting up events, conferences and ensuring that everyone knows where they need to be. This can be a great career option for people with are highly sociable as it will typically involve a lot of meetings that be quite informal. A PR officer has to act as a friend to the media, making them feel comfortable, happy and ensuring that they have a good relationship with the company in question. A journalism degree will put you on the path towards this job.

Wedding Planner

If you have a flare for style and love a good wedding, you could work as a wedding planner. Or less specifically, a party planner. It’s a lot like working in PR except you will be bringing everything together to create an unforgettable event. The good news is that the best wedding planners are paid an absolute fortune.
